Golf Tip - Bump and Run Chip

If you are struggling with the chipping, or just want to improve. A quick tip is keeping your left arm straight through the chip. Don't get wristy, keep the hands still and the left arm straight on the backswing and straight through the downswing/followthrough. Also, stack your weight on your left leg (front leg). When you make impact, don't try to "scoop" the ball, hit down on it, and "pinch" it.

If you are a lefty, do the opposite arm.

This is for anything just off the green that would be a little "bump and run" type chip. This helps keep the club square through impact. Always remember to keep your eye locked on the ball as well. Try this on your chips, good luck out there!
