Golf Tip - Elbow in for the Win

If you are having issues keeping the ball in play, you may have a "flying elbow". The flying elbow results in inconsistency and errant shots. So here is the tip, on your take away through the swing, keep your right elbow (if righty, left elbow if lefty) in, close to your rib cage through the swing. A drill for this is to take your head cover and hold it in your right armpit (if righty) and swing without dropping the head cover from your armpit. Hit balls this way, and train yourself to swing with the elbow in.
